We understand that sometimes exchanges and refunds have to be made. We promise to always put you first and make sure that any issues you might have are sorted asap.

You may return new, unworn items to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 working days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this when it comes to our earrings. Hygiene is super important to us here at Garage Monkey Design so when ordering your earrings please make sure they’re right before ordering because we will not be able to exchange them for you.
We do not provide paid shipping for returns. If you are returning anything to us please make sure that they are in the condition in which you received them otherwise we will not be able to offer a full refund to you.
We do not accept any responsibility for items that are lost in the post when being returned to us so we always recommend you use a track and trace service just to be extra safe.

Lastly, our jewellery is made from a variety of materials and so if you are sensitive to such materials as nickel or zinc alloy then we recommend you do not wear our accessories. These materials can cause irritation if you have a reaction and we definitely do not want that for any of our customers. Please be warned that you do wear these at your own risk.
