3. Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.

We can offer previews of customised items, but our detailed product descriptions and images should also  give you a good idea of what to expect.

We offer standard and express shipping options. You can choose your preferred option at checkout.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping within Ireland typically takes 3-5 business days, personalised items and large orders can take up to 3 weeks, while international shipping times may vary.

10. Can I collect my order from your workshop?
Yes, you can choose the option to collect your order from our workshop at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Returns and Exchanges

11. What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for non-personalised items. Personalised items can only be returned if they are defective or damaged and there is a mistake on our side with it. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

12. How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact our customer service team with your order details. They will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

13. What if my personalised item is incorrect or damaged?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged personalised item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
